LACK OF DETAILING
Is it just me or have you been bombarded with similar complaints. Through I haven’t bought anything from Summit Products as of now which can explain why I am a little pessimistic about the service. There seems to be a dearth of information regarding the products and services at your stores. If compared to the Tucson Arizona Home Improvement centre, there is a big difference. Another shop, The Cabinets In Tucson also has a wonderful website with reviews of customers who have already availed their kitchen products and services. Also notable is the supporting and additional services being provided by both of Summit Products’ competitors. They’ve diversified in cooking ranges, electrical products used in the kitchen along with carpets and tiles. Would this be a good suggestion for Summit Products to increase the Tucson Arizona Cabinets and kitchen products so that a point of parity can be drawn between the competitors? One of my cousins has installed a cabinetry from Summit Products and it works just fine. It was installed 10 years back and still looks as good as new. On the basis of this experience I am sure the products made by your company are as good as any other. I guess the only difference is of marketing the product isn’t it?
